How quickly will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 5–7 business days. I always try to ship orders as quickly as possible, and many orders may ship sooner. Because some Pam Branch Designs products are handmade, processing times can vary depending on the items in your order.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and the shipping method selected.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, I generally ship within the United States only. However, if you are interested in international shipping, please contact me before ordering. I’m happy to review your request and let you know if shipping to your location is available.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. I want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns are accepted on eligible items that are returned in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please see the Shipping & Returns Policy at the bottom of the page for complete return instructions.
Are custom orders returnable?
No. Custom and personalized orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.
What if my package is returned as undeliverable?
If your package is returned to Pam Branch Designs as undeliverable, you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to have the order resent. Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order.
What sizes are your decoupage papers?
Paper sizes vary by design and product. The size of the printed image, quantity, and other important details are provided in each product listing. Please review the individual listing before ordering.
Can I request a different size?
In many cases, yes. If you need a design in a different size, please contact me before placing your order to see if the size you need is available.
Will the colors look exactly the same as they do on my screen?
Colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to differences in phones, monitors, display settings, and the printing process.
Are the finished projects shown in product photos included with my order?
No. Finished projects are shown as inspiration and examples of how the designs can be used. Please refer to the individual product listing for exactly what is included with your purchase.
What can I use decoupage rice paper for?
Rice paper can be used for a wide variety of decoupage and craft projects, including wood pieces, signs, ornaments, boxes, canvases, jars, trays, furniture accents, and more.
Is rice paper suitable for beginners?
Yes! Decoupage rice paper can be used by both beginners and experienced crafters. It is lightweight and works well for many types of decoupage projects.
What adhesive should I use with rice paper?
A decoupage medium or adhesive designed for your particular project surface generally works well. Because surfaces and projects vary, always follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer of the adhesive or medium you choose.
