Two Forms of Payment
1. Credit Card Payments via PayPal:
Major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, AmEx, and Discover) are accepted and are processed through the secure PayPal website. Payment may be made through Paypal without having a PayPal account. If you are making your purchase online via the shopping cart, you will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete your credit card payment during checkout. You can view the privacy policy of PayPal if you click here or by going to paypal.com.
2. Money Orders:
Money Orders must be received within seven(7) business days from the date of your order. Order will be shipped once payment is received. Money orders should be made payable to Pam Branch Designs and mailed to:

Personal Checks are not accepted.
Georgia residents will be charged the applicable sales tax at checkout unless you are a verified wholesale customer.
Shipping
Shipping is free for all jewelry purchases via regular mail within the continental U.S. Please allow 5-10 business days for your purchase to be shipped as all jewelry is handmade. If you would like an item shipped outside of the continental U.S. or if you would like your purchase shipped as rush order, please contact us. Shipping and handling will be charged on all other items. Shipping and handling costs are automatically calculated at checkout on these items.
If the item you purchased is returned to PamBranchDesigns.com as undeliverable, customer must pay any additional shipping charges before order is resent. Pam Branch Designs will not be responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged once the item is shipped. If you wish to purchase shipping insurance, please contact us.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted for a full refund or exchange of the cost of the merchandise as long as it is returned in the original wrapping, unworn, undamaged and in resaleable condition. Custom orders are not refundable. Costs for the initial shipping, handling and any insurance of the initial purchase are not refunded. Returned merchandise must be received by Pam Branch Designs within 20 business days of the shipment date/postmark of the merchandise for a refund. Costs for the shipping and handling for the return of the item are the responsibility of the buyer. When shipping a return, you must include a copy of your receipt and/or invoice. (Save copies for your records.) Please buy insurance for the return shipment as refunds and exchanges will not be accepted if the item is lost or damaged. Products purchased at a retail shop, boutique, department store or specialty store may not be returned to Pam Branch Designs and vice versa.
